Parmesan-Crusted Chicken

Ingredients
Chicken breast – 2, flattened
Parmesan cheese – 1 cup, grated
Breadcrumbs – ½ cup
Garlic powder – 1 tsp
Black pepper – to taste
Salt – to taste
Egg – 1, beaten
Olive oil – for cooking

Method
Mix Parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Dip chicken in egg, then coat evenly with the Parmesan mixture.
Pan-fry in olive oil over medium heat until golden and cooked through, or bake at 200°C for 20 minutes.
Serve with salad, vegetables, or pasta.
