Zarai Stuffed Parathas

A delightful fusion of Indian spices and soft, melty Darima Zarai Cheese. These parathas are crisp on the outside, irresistibly cheesy on the inside, and full of comforting flavour—making Darima’s Zarai the perfect everyday cheese for families, home cooks, and tiffin boxes.

 

Serves: 4

Ingredients
Whole wheat flour – 2 cups
Water – as needed
Zarai cheese – 200 g, grated
Green chilli – finely chopped
Coriander – chopped
Salt – to taste
Ghee or butter – for cooking

Method
Knead flour with water and salt into a soft dough. Rest for 20 minutes.
Mix grated Zarai with chilli and coriander.
Roll dough into discs, add filling, seal, and roll gently.
Cook on a hot tawa with ghee until golden on both sides. Serve hot with curd or chutney
