Refund & Cancellation Policy

Customer satisfaction matters to us, but refunds depend on order status and product condition.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
  • Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
  • To cancel, contact support with your order ID.

Refund eligibility

Refunds are provided only if:

  • You cancel before dispatch.
  • You receive a damaged or completely spoiled order.
  • The wrong item is delivered.

Refunds cannot be issued for:

  • Change of mind after delivery.
  • Partial consumption complaints (for hygiene reasons on perishable goods).
  • Slight natural variations in products like Honey.

Eligible refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 business days through the original payment method (via providers like Razorpay).
