Return & Exchange Policy

Because we sell perishable food items like Cheese, Honey and Ghee, returns are accepted in limited cases.

Accepted only when:

  • Package arrives damaged, leaked, or opened.
  • Product delivered is incorrect.
  • Item is completely spoiled at the time of delivery.

Not accepted when:

  • Product storage instructions were not followed after delivery.
  • Return request is raised after 32 hours of receiving order.
  • Complaint is based on personal taste preference.

Process

  1. Share your order ID and an image/video of the issue.
  2. Our team will verify.
  3. If approved, we will replace the item (or refund if replacement is unavailable).

Approved exchanges will be arranged within 3 to 7 business days.
