Return & Exchange Policy
Because we sell perishable food items like Cheese, Honey and Ghee, returns are accepted in limited cases.
Accepted only when:
- Package arrives damaged, leaked, or opened.
- Product delivered is incorrect.
- Item is completely spoiled at the time of delivery.
Not accepted when:
- Product storage instructions were not followed after delivery.
- Return request is raised after 32 hours of receiving order.
- Complaint is based on personal taste preference.
Process
- Share your order ID and an image/video of the issue.
- Our team will verify.
- If approved, we will replace the item (or refund if replacement is unavailable).
Approved exchanges will be arranged within 3 to 7 business days.
