Inspired by the popular Italian granular cheese called Parmigiano-reggiano is our himalayan parmesan. Cured between 8 to 10 months this cheese boasts of a relatively sharp and complex flavour. It is commonly grated over pasta dishes, stirred into soups and risottos and eaten on its own.

Because we sell perishable food items like Cheese, Honey and Ghee, returns are accepted in limited cases.
Accepted only when:
· Package arrives damaged, leaked, or opened.
· Product delivered is incorrect.
· Item is completely spoiled at the time of delivery.
Not accepted when:
· Product storage instructions were not followed after delivery.
· Return request is raised after 32 hours of receiving order.
· Complaint is based on personal taste preference.
